Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to the NumVoice app (hereinafter referred to as "Application") for mobile devices, developed by Mahmut Ugur TAS (hereinafter referred to as "Service Provider") as an Ad Supported service with optional subscriptions. This service is provided "AS IS".

This Privacy Policy is effective as of 2026-01-01.

1. Information the Service Provider Does Not Collect Directly

The Application does not require you to create an account. The Service Provider does not directly collect personally identifiable information such as your name, email address, or payment details, and does not directly collect device information from your device.

However, third-party tools integrated into the Application — such as analytics services and advertising networks — may independently collect certain information as described below.

2. Information Collected Automatically by Third-Party Services

In addition, the Application may collect certain information automatically through third-party SDKs, including but not limited to: the type of mobile device you use, your mobile device's unique device ID, the IP address of your mobile device, your mobile operating system, the type of mobile internet browser you use, and information about the way you use the Application.

Does the Application collect precise real-time location?

The Application does not directly collect precise real-time location data. Third-party advertising services (such as AdMob) may infer approximate location from your IP address for ad targeting purposes, subject to their own privacy policies.

Does the Application use Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies?

The Application does not use Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies to process your data or provide features.

3. Third-Party Services

The Service Provider is not responsible for any information collected independently by third-party services integrated into the Application. Any such collection is governed by the respective third party's own privacy policy. The Service Provider may expand or replace third-party tooling in the future; this Policy will be updated to reflect any material changes.

Below are the Privacy Policies of the third-party service providers used by the Application:

• AdMob
• Google Analytics for Firebase
• Firebase Crashlytics
• Expo

AdMob — Advertising

The Service Provider uses Google AdMob to display advertisements to users who have not purchased a subscription. Google AdMob may collect and process certain information from your device, including:

• Device identifiers (such as the advertising identifier — IDFA/GAID);
• IP addresses and approximate location;
• User interactions with ads (impressions and clicks);
• Diagnostic and performance information (app launch times, crash logs);
• Other usage data to improve advertising and analytics.

In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

All billing is processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). The Service Provider does not collect or store your payment information. Please review Apple's or Google's privacy policies for details on how they handle payment data.

4. Tracking Technologies

The Application and its third-party service providers may use tracking technologies including analytics SDKs (e.g. Firebase), advertising SDKs that use advertising identifiers, and crash reporting tools. You may limit ad tracking through your device settings:

• iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking
• Android: Settings → Google → Ads

5. Disclosure of Information

The Service Provider may disclose automatically collected information only in the following circumstances:

• As required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena or similar legal process;
• When disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request;
• With trusted service providers who work on our behalf, have no independent use of the information we disclose to them, and have agreed to adhere to the rules set forth in this Privacy Policy.

6. Opt-Out Rights

You can stop all collection of information by the Application by uninstalling it using the standard uninstall processes available on your mobile device or via the app marketplace.

7. Data Retention

The Service Provider does not directly retain personal data. Automatically collected information retained by third-party services (such as Firebase) is subject to their own retention policies — typically up to 24 months for analytics data, after which it may be stored in aggregate form.

8. Children's Privacy (COPPA)

The Application is not directed to children under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that their child has provided personal information, they should contact the Service Provider at appcodimis@gmail.com so that appropriate action can be taken.

The Service Provider does not directly collect personal information from any user, including children. However, third-party services integrated into the Application (such as Firebase and AdMob) may independently collect certain data. The Service Provider is not liable for any data collected by these third-party services from users of any age. Parents are encouraged to review the privacy policies of all third-party services listed in this Policy.

If the Service Provider discovers that a child under 13 has provided personal information, it will be deleted promptly.

9. Security

The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information and takes reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data processed in connection with the Application. Please be aware that no security system can prevent all potential security breaches. Third-party service providers maintain their own security measures.

10. California Online Privacy Protection Act (CalOPPA)

In compliance with CalOPPA:

• You can use the Application anonymously without creating an account.
• This Privacy Policy is accessible from within the Application and at codimis.com.
• You will be notified of material changes by the Effective Date being updated and, where appropriate, through in-app notifications.
• You may request information about any personal data held about you by contacting the Service Provider at appcodimis@gmail.com.

Regarding Do Not Track: because the Service Provider does not directly collect personal information, Do Not Track signals have no material effect on its own data practices. Third-party services may respond to these signals differently.

11. California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you may have the following rights to the extent applicable:

Right to Know

You may request disclosure of what personal information has been collected, used, or shared about you. Because the Service Provider does not directly collect personal information, there may be no data to disclose. Third-party services' practices are governed by their own policies.

Right to Delete

You may request deletion of personal information the Service Provider holds about you. Such requests will be fulfilled to the extent any personal data is held.

Right to Correct

You may request correction of inaccurate personal information the Service Provider maintains about you.

Right to Opt Out of Sale or Sharing

The Service Provider does not sell your personal information. Certain data may be shared with third-party advertising partners (as described in Section 3), which may constitute "sharing" under the CPRA. You may opt out by adjusting your device's advertising settings or by contacting the Service Provider.

Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information

The Service Provider does not collect sensitive personal information as defined under the CPRA.

Right to Non-Discrimination

The Service Provider will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA/CPRA rights.

12. General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, the following applies.

12.2 Legal Basis for Processing

Where third-party services process your data in connection with the Application, such processing is generally based on:

12.3 Your Rights Under GDPR

You have the following rights regarding personal data processed in connection with the Application:

12.5 Right to Lodge a Complaint

If you are in the EEA and believe your data protection rights have been violated, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. In the Netherlands, this is the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.

13. Consent

By using the Application, you consent to the data practices described in this Privacy Policy, including the processing of information by third-party services integrated into the Application. Where required by applicable law (such as the GDPR), separate consent will be sought before any data processing occurs.

14. Changes to This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes by updating this page with the new Privacy Policy and updating the effective date. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use of the Application is deemed approval of all changes.
